Men's Long Wavy Haircut With Layers & Curtain Bangs
Meet Edward: sun-kissed waves, a rock-star attitude and a red military jacket to match. His cut shows that longer hair on men can look bold and romantic and still feel modern.
Sergio Slavnov cut Edward’s hair to a layered, jaw-to-chin length with a soft center part. The front pieces fall as loose curtain bangs that frame his eyes and cheekbones, while layers through the sides and back let the natural wave open up and flip outward at the ends. Sergio took weight out of the interior so the hair looks full and airy instead of heavy and triangular, and softened the ends so the golden highlights move and catch the light. It’s a long wavy haircut that feels straight off a classic rock album cover.
To finish, Sergio sprayed Avenue Man Sea Salt Spray through damp hair from roots to ends, then scrunched and rough-dried it. The result is beachy, lived-in texture with grip and volume, without stiffness or a greasy feel.
